Yardistry Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at yardistrygoods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at yardistrygoods@gmail.com for assistance.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will provide a replacement or full refund for the defective item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.

8. International Returns:

• International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

• Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
